Returns and Refunds

Thank you for choosing Riskeys, operated by No Brainer HQ. We are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at support@riskeys.trade within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

Downloadable software products

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
